Mr. Ryan Stephens, 25, of Lithia Springs, Georgia, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at Wellstar Douglas Hospital. Ryan was born March 3, 1990, in Marietta, Georgia, and was a 2008 graduate of Gilmer High School. Following graduation, he was a member of the Jacksonville State Marching Southerners. Ryan is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Courtney V. Stephens; his mother and stepfather, Cindy and Mickey Radford; his father and stepmother, Jeremy and Jonny Stephens; his stepbrother, Matt; his sister and brother-in-law, Amber and Aaron McGill along with numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. A memorial gathering of friends will be Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 3 p.m. from the Whitley-Garner Funeral Home. Stories from friends and relatives will be shared followed by a reception at the funeral home.
