Arthur Kindt, 81, of Moulton, Alabama passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. The graveside service will be at 1:30 PM on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Midway Memorial Garden with Pastor Tony Collins officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing.
Born on September 22, 1943, in Lebanon, PA, Russel served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years. Russel was a truck driver for 55 years and drove through all of the lower 48 states. He was also a member of Cornerstone Church.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Elloise Kindt; six children, Robert (Melissa) Kindt, Tiffany Kindt, Heather (Heath) Berryman, John (Angie) Lipsey, Candy Rutherford, and Jenny (Ricky) Eady; special friend, Tom Pace; and several grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Russel was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
