Rufus Doyle Creasy, 83, of Florence passed away February 01, 2013 at his residence.
Visitation will be Monday, February 04, 2013 from 10 – 11 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Mickey Davis. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mr. Creasy was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Joyce Creasy; daughter, Cynthia Charlene Creasy; parents, Jesse Floyd and Rose Nelson Creasy.
He is survived by his sons, David Creasy (Deborah) of Killen, Jerry Creasy (Belinda) of N. Augusta, SC, Kevin Creasy (Karen) of Huntsville; daughters, Celeste Vaughn (Gerry) of Florence, Lee Friend of Warrenville, S.C.; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
