Ruby Olivia Staggs, age 84, of Florence, died Thursday, October 18, 2012. Visitation will be Sunday, October 21 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Spry~Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Ruby was a native and lifelong residence of Lauderdale County. She was retired with Robbins Tire Company. Preceded her in death were her son, James Daniel Staggs; parents, J.A. and Flossie Balentine; two brothers, and three sisters. Survivors are her grandson, Joseph Daniel Staggs; great-granddaughter, Kelsey Lane Staggs both of Florence; sister, Juanita Watkins of Memphis.
