Mrs. Kelley was a native of Wayne County, TN, retired at the age of 83 as a seamstress for C.J. Industries, and a member of Rocky Ford Freewill Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Gene Kelley & Alvin Lamprecht officiating. Burial to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Survivors include: 2 Daughters- Linda Walker of Columbia, TN; Sandra Landtroop of Murfreesboro, TN; 2 Sons- Phillip Kelley of Iron City, TN; Roger Kelley of Loretto, TN; 3 Brothers- Don Phillips of Iron City, TN; Raymond Phillips of Iron City, TN; Carl Phillips of Lawrenceburg, TN; 14 Grandchildren; 5 Step Grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren’ 11 Great Great Grandchildren; 3 Step Great Grandchildren; 1 Step Great Great Grandson; Several Nieces & Nephews; Preceded in death by: Parents- Marvin & Lillie Mae Phillips; Husband- James Kelley; 1 Daughter- Shirley Sue King; 1 Son- James Dalton Kelley
