Ruby Alene Lawler, 91, Spruce Pine, Alabama, passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Helen Keller Hospital.
She had lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of Russellville First Freewill Baptist Church.
The funeral service will be Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Thomas Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in Hodges City Cemetery. Visitation was Monday evening at the funeral home.
Survivors include daughter, Brenda Stone and husband, Jimmy, Spruce Pine; granddaughter, Tonya Prince and husband, Terry, Spruce Pine; great-granddaughter, Hannah Nicole Prince; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Fuller, Charles Scott, Terry Beard, Hoyt Walker, Anthony Mayberry and Tim Smith.
She was preceded in death by husband, Odis Lawler; and her parents, Charlie and Lillie Vaughn.
Pinkard Funeral Home will be directing.
