Roy Thomas Green, Jr., age 45, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
Roy loved country music and watching westerns. He loved riding his bicycle and now is riding on the streets of gold. He led a simple life, but it was a happy life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Thomas Green Sr. and Catherine Hawkins Green; grandparents, Marshall & Flossy Green, Albert & Nettie Hawkins.
He leaves to cherish his memory, siblings, Anthony Green, Peggy Hipps, Brenda Ray Garcia, Trish Ables, Sherry Rohn, and Frankie Green; nieces & nephews, Hannah Green, Jacob Green, Drake Hipps, Braxton Hipps, Christina Garcia, Sabrina Rohn, Jamie Rohn, Eddie Rohn, Presley Rohn, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
The visitation is 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2021 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Barret Holland. Burial will be at Cherry Hill Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Drake Hipps, Braxton Hipps, Brad Hill, Kevin Hill, Erick Hipps, and Spencer Holland. The honorary pallbearer will be Walter Evans.
