Roy Robinson, Sr., 70, died Sunday, August 18, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Mississippi to Woodrow Robinson and Marie Wilkerson Robinson. He worked as a sewing machine mechanic at Golden Manufacturing for more than thirty years.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, August 21, 11:30 a.m. at Joel Cemetery, Dennis, MS with Mike Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Joel Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by two children, Joey Robinson and Josh Robinson and two grandchildren, Keiley Robinson and Weston Robinson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Charles Robinson and Jimmy Robinson and a sister, Betty Searcy.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 21, 10-11 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
