Roy Eugene Baker, age 76 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Carl Porter will officiate.
Mr. Baker was preceded in death by his Parents-Mike and Leler Baker; Brothers-Troy Mike Baker and Robert Lynn Baker; Nephew-Jeremy Baker.
He is survived by his Longtime Companion-Shirley Galvez of Berry; Daughter-Amy Aldridge(Robert); Son-Steven Baker(Amy); Sisters-Marie Keeton(Owen) of Carbon Hill, Barbara Haynes(Danny) of Carbon Hill, and Alice McCarty of Waynesboro, MS; Brothers-Dennis Baker of Carbon Hill, Charles Baker of Carbon Hill, and Glenn Baker(Misty) of Carbon Hill; Grandchildren-Caleb Aldridge, David Aldridge, Rilee Kennedy, and Carter Baker; Great Grandchildren-Reagen Kennedy, Piper Aldridge, and Parker Aldridge.
