Roy Ellis Robinson age 89, of Muscle Shoals passed away December 15, 2023. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Williams Funeral Home of Florence from 12 noon until 2:00 P.M. with services to follow in the chapel at 2:00 P.M. Officiating will be Doug Farris and Tommy Smith. Committal will be at Tri- Cities Memorial Gardens following the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Juanita B. Robinson. Two daughters, Barbara Jobe (Leif) and Patsy Spurgeon (Tim). One brother, Sidney Robinson and one sister Peggy Engel. Five grandchildren, Chantelle Grubbs (Tony), Nicole Jobe, Jessica Byrd (John), Anna Smith (Kade) and Wesley Spurgeon. Twelve great-grandchildren, Noah, Eli, Zeke, Essie, Jonah, Micah, Lilly, Owen, Tucker, Dansby, Stetson and Boone. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Roy enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and Alabama Football.
