Roy Crosby, age 56, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a mechanic at True Value Hardware & General Store, and of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Crosby; his mother, Helen Lemay Crosby Cozart; step-father, Thomas Cozart; one sister, Debbie Crosby; two brothers, Dennis Crosby and Michael Crosby; grandparents, Jeanie and Gilbert Lemay; and one step-brother, Terry Cozart.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Crosby of Lawrenceburg, TN; eight children, Jonathon Crosby (Brittany) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jeremy Crosby (Chelsea) of Columbia, TN, Katie Crosby, Makayla Crosby, Shelby Crosby, Myia Crosby, Emily Crosby, and Elliott Crosby, all of Lawrenceburg, TN; four grandchildren, Landen, Brayden, Alexa and Kai; three brothers, Gary Crosby of Loretto, TN, Larry Crosby of Nashville, TN, and Darrell Crosby of Lawrenceburg, TN; one sister, Anita Crosby of Lawrenceburg, TN; one step-sister, Cindy McDougal; one step-brother, Andy Cozart; many nieces and nephews. Those serving as pallbearers are Daniel Harris, Billy Crosby, Timothy Smith, Michelle Smith, Joel Knowles, Nathan Wilkerson, and Ryan Crosby.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, December 30, 2019, with David Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
