Rosie Lee Porter Jenkins, 81, of Florence, AL, passed away July 16, 2012 after an extended illness. She was a retired school teacher and a member of the Church of Christ.
Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her brother, Jimmy Porter; and her sisters Daisy Tierce and Betty Little.
She was preceded in death by her parents Emmitt George and Mary Lee Porter; her husband Quinton Jenkins; and her brothers Preston Porter and David Porter.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 11-1 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel with Bro. Charles Kretzer officiating. Burial will be in Emmaline Stutts Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Jenkins, Dennis Jenkins, Franklin Kennedy, Charles Kennedy, Robert Jenkins, and Allen Jenkins.
