Mrs. Rosemary McLemore Brooks, age 60 of Athens, AL passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Madison Hospital. Mrs. Brooks was born on July 14, 1959 in Limestone County to Hassie Morris McLemore and Frances Irene Presnell.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Michelle Hefner; mother, Irene Presnell; uncle, Ruben Presnell and mother-in-law, Doris Miller.
Mrs. Brooks is survived by her husband, Ricky Brooks; daughters, Amanda Hampel and Jeni Brooks; grandchildren, John Bradford Hampel, II, Jacob Ryan Hampel, Meredith Hefner and Matthew Hefner; son-in-law, Jerry Hefner, Jr.
Mrs. Brooks loved doing needlepoint, coloring and crafts.
A Memorial Service for Mrs. Brooks will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, November 18, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the funeral home.
