Rose Ellen Chapman, age 48, of Meridianville, AL passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her residence. She was a native of Waynesboro, TN, a homemaker, and a member of United Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Henry Adams, Sr.; and one brother, Frank Henry Adams, Jr.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at United Church in Lawrenceburg, TN. Funeral services will be conducted at United Church at 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 15, 2015, with Steven Morgan officiating. Mrs. Chapman will lie in state at the church from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Hollis Cemetery in Wayne County, TN.
