Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Madkins Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America (2403 Oakwood Road NW, Huntsville, AL 35810) with Reverend Versey Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Mr. Rice will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.

Public viewing will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 10, 2023, and 8:30 until 9:00 a.m., Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Royal Funeral Home.
