Ronnie Lee Eckstein,68, of Ardmore, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025.
Ronnie was born on Wednesday, July 25, 1956, to the late Mr. Roy Henry Eckstein and Mrs. Ida Dean Wales Eckstein in Ardmore, Alabama.
Ronnie spent the entirety of his life in Ardmore, Alabama, where he was a machine operator for Wolverine.
In his free time, Ronnie enjoyed spending time with his family. Spending time with his grandchild and great grandchildren was such a joy to him.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents, one sister, June Rogers, as well as two brothers: Terry Eckstein and Wade Eckstein.
Ronnie is survived by one son; Kevin Eckstein, one daughter; Amy (Greg) Curtis, one brother; Mike “P-Rooney” Eckstein, one sister; Fredia (Travis) Thompson, one grandchild; Mckenzie (Brandon) Jones, Two great grandchildren; Brantlee and Abigail, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 110:00 AM till 1:00 PM. A chapel service will follow directly afterwards at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. Bro. Steve Hargrove will officiate the service.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
