Ronnie Dell Weakley “Tonto” was born to Nettie Weakley and Robert Smith on April 01, 1969, in Florence, Alabama. He was a member of the St. James Missionary Baptist Church of Florence, where he was baptized.

He attended and received his education at Central School in Lauderdale County, Alabama. Ronnie was a tradesman; he could do work on just about anything. He was also an Artist and “the life of the party”.

Ronnie was a loving husband and father. He married Stephanie Marinda Thomas Weakley on January 29, 1999, and stepped up to father two children: Adrian Thomas (William) and Demarcus Thomas.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Weakley; Sisters, Mary Weakley and Denise Weakley; grandparents, Tommy and Sarah Weakley, uncles, Chester Hawkins (Bishop), James Lester Hawkins (Pete); aunts, Ruth Mae Hawkins, Corine Hawkins, and TomElla Weakley; nephew, Robert Weakley (Jermaine); niece, Shynese Weakley.

He leaves to cherish his memories:

a loving wife of 25 years, Stephanie Weakley; siblings, Jerry Weakley, Dennis Weakley, Teresa Brown, Sarah Brown, and Beverly Brown, all of Florence, AL; children, Adrian Thomas (William) of San Antionio, TX and Demarcus Thomas of Florence, AL; grandchildren, William Tinsley II and William Tensley (Adrian); uncles, Jimmy Hawkins of Ypsilanti, MI and Claudell Weakley (Cassandra) of Hixson, TN; a special friend, Robin Myrick; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
