Ronald Steve Morrow, 80, of Hazel Green, Alabama, who passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024, at his home.
Ronald was born on December 23, 1943, to the late Mr. David Young Marrow and Mrs. Annie Louise Mathis Morrow.
Mr. Morrow spent his life in Hazel Green, Alabama. He retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier. Upon retirement, he owned and operated a lawn care service.
In his free time, he was a longtime volunteer and coach at Blue Water Springs Park.
Ronald was preceded in death by both of his parents, and one daughter, Rhonda Travis.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Eller Morrow, four sons; John David Morrow, Shane Morrow, Ronnie Morrow, Stevie Morrow, one daughter, Sharon O’Keefe, one brother, Ray Morrow, one sister, Brenda Marrow, seven grandchildren; Deanna (Darrell) Clark, Jackie (Jason) Trostel, Michael (Tina) Woodard, Cody Woodard, Christopher O’Keefe, Daniel O’Keefe, and Henslee Morrow, five great grandchildren; Meghan, Alaina, Jase, Jaycee, and Jaxon, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A Chapel Service will follow the visitation with service time beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. Bro. Duran Smith will officiate the service.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
