Ronald L Krueger Profile PhotoRonald Lee Krueger, loving husband to Margaret Krueger and devoted father to daughters Kimberly and Connie, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2024, at the age of 82. He was born on February 24, 1942, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to Alvin and Edith Moore Krueger. Ronald was a man of many talents and interests.

A military enthusiast, Ronald’s passion for firearms and shooting was well-known. His skills as a gunsmith and marksman were unparalleled, and he imparted his knowledge to others as a shooting instructor for cadets. His daughters also gained their knowledge of guns from their father. Additionally, his time as a reserve for the LAPD reflected his commitment to serving and protecting his community.

Ronald was not limited to just one talent – he was a skilled welder, woodworker, and inventor. His ability to fix anything, paired with his incredible memory and vast knowledge on a variety of subjects, made him a go-to source for advice and expertise.

With a great sense of humor and a mischievous spirit, Ronald was known for his wit and playful demeanor, always ready with a joke to lift the spirits of those around him.

Ron is survived by his loving wife Margaret; daughters: Kimberly and Connie; Favorite Grandaughter: Kati Phillips (husband Mark); Grandsons: Dallas Williams (wife Nikki), Dillon Williams, and Eric Janos; Great grandaughters: Gracie, Faith, Hope, Lillee, Preslee; Great Grandsons: Ezra and Abrahm. His nephew: Craig (wife Wendy), Niece: Cindy Dee and his companion dog Winnie. He is preceded by his parents: Alvin and Edith Krueger, Brother: Norman, and Sisters: Helen, Verna and Rosella

In celebration of Ronald’s life, a memorial service will be held on May 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home.  The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM. His legacy of hard work, knowledge, and laughter will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, Ronald Lee Krueger. In lieu of flowers, the family request potted plants or potted flowers and/or monetary donations to the Ronald Krueger Fund at Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home for the purchase of the book “The Gift of Heaven” by Charles Stanley to be given to hospice patients.
