RONALD EVANS

was born on June 2, 1938 in Dodge County, Georgia to the late Joe Brown Evans and Gladys Inez Yawn Evans.

Ronald was a veteran, who served his country in the United States Army. He worked for the Department of Transportation in Dodge County, Georgia, as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Florida VFW and he attended the Eleventh Baptist Church of Milan, Georgia.

He had lived in Hardin County for the past eight years, while living here, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching television.

Ronald departed this life on November 16, 2012 at the age of 74 years, 5 months and 14 days.

He is survived by one son, John Wayne Evans of Savannah, Tennessee and one daughter, Elizabeth Lavonia Blanchard, of Anniston, Alabama.

One brother, Lamar Billy Evans, and one sister, Sylvia Lavonia Goings, both of Savannah, Tennessee.

Five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Gladys Sylvia Evans.
