Ronald Dean Hurley, 63, passed away at his residence in Amory.  Born on August 9, 1959, in Tupelo, he was a son of Grady Lee and Charlie Ray Pate Hurley.  Ronnie was a graduate of Hatley High School, and he was an accomplished mechanic for many years.  He could fix just about anything and loved to tinker with stuff.  He was formerly employed by Xerox while he was living up north.  Ronnie liked to fish be out on the water.  In addition, he liked to watch NASCAR and western movies.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Liberty Grove Cemetery near Tremont with Bro. Shane Ray officiating.  Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.  Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

He is survived by one daughter, Rebecca Hurley of Amory; one brother, Mike Hurley (Judy) of Amory; one granddaughter, Mollie Foster; and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Roger Hurley; and one sister, Judy Posey.
