RomanPawlowskiObitPicRoman Leonard Pawlowski, age 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at his residence. He was a native of Detroit, MI, retired salesman for AAA Co., and a member of Knights of Columbus, VFW, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mr. Pawlowski served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roman and Veronica Nadrowski Pawlowski; his first wife, Ruby Maxine Freeman Pawlowski; his second wife, Margaret Maples Pawlowski; one step-son, Glenn Maples; three sisters; and three nephews.

He is survived by

One Sister –
Gertrude Brach, Dearborn Heights, MI

One Step-Son –
Larry Maples, Belleville, MI

Five Step-Grandchildren

Special Friend –
Austin “Red” Howell, Lawrenceburg, TN

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, February 23, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home with a rosary service at 7:00 PM. Funeral mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10:30 AM Tuesday, February 24, 2015, with Father Joseph Mundakal officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
