Roland “Smokey” Livingston – Obituary

Funeral service for Roland “Smokey” Livingston, 80, of Eva, will be Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 1:00PM at Peck Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Fanning officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, September 24, 2018 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at the funeral home.

 

Mr. Livingston died September 22, 2018 at his residence. He was born November 14, 1937 in Morgan County to Hubert Roland Livingston and Gatha Hopper Livingston. Mr. Livingston was a retired welder and was formerly employed by Drummond Coal Company. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Unzell Livingston; two brothers and two sisters.

Terri Hightower (Kenneth) of Hartselle

Daphne Sloas (Darren) of Eva

 

Three Sisters:

Marigurette Alexander of Eva

Gail Childers of Eva

Sharon Hall of Killen

 

Six Grandchildren:

Brandi Hughes (Tim), Cody Sloas (Skylar), Camron Sloas, Kendall Livingston, Chelsee Campbell, Jalyn Campbell

 

One Great Grandchild:

Lauren Hughes

 

Pallbearers will be members of Mr. Livingston’s family.
