Funeral for Roger Wayne Smallwood, 74, of Trinity will be Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel, at 11:00 AM with Stanley Smallwood and Rodney Smallwood officiating. Mr. Smallwood, who died Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Decatur Morgan Hospital , was born, June 18, 1948, to C.E.and Juanita Smallwood. Roger worked for the Morgan County’s Sheriffs Office for 34 years and retired as a captain.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother and sister in law- Charles Ray Smallwood (Linda Jo)
He is survived by:
Wife of 56 years – Carolyn Smallwood
Son – Ashley Smallwood
Grandchild – Austin Smallwood (Abbie)
Brothers- Gary Smallwood, Randy Smallwood
Sister – Anita Branum
