Roger Dale Bates, age 70 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Carbon Hill Church of God of Prophecy, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Carbon Hill Memorial Cemetery. John Billy Butler and Jacob Butler will officiate.
Mr. Bates was preceded in death by his Dad-Delaney Bates; Mother-Lou Nell Hall; Daughter-Deana Bates; Sister-Deborah Hallmark.
He is survived by his Wife-Mary Bates; Grandson-Bradyn Bates; Sister-Deanna Cagle (Rodney).
