Rodney Neil Duncan Rodney Neil Duncan, age 45 of Estill Springs passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2021. He was born on December 9, 1975 in Tullahoma to Juanita “Wanda” Battles and the late Kenneth Ray Duncan. He was employed at the Great Lake Cheese Factory as an assembly line worker. Rodney was a good ol’ country boy that loved to spend time hunting, fishing, listening to country music, cooking out, and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed watching UT football and NASCAR races. He was a caring guy that would give the shirt off his back to anyone that needed it. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wendall and Lucille Duncan; and maternal grandparents, John J and Allyne Lynn. He is survived by his mother, Juanita “Wanda” Battles of Summerville, GA; sister, Anita Duncan (Randy Taylor) Vanzant of Winchester; niece, Janita (P.J.) Burks of Winchester; nephew, Quintin Vanzant of Winchester; great nephews, Zaden Horton, Rayshawn Vanzant both of Winchester; and great niece, Paisley Vanzant of Belvidere. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, February 26, 2021 in the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, with Rev. Todd Coutta officiating.
