Rodney Clay, age 87, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at NHC Lewisburg.
Rodney was born May 25, 1936, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Thomas and Elizabeth Clay. He was the Press Room Manager at Heil Quaker for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Billie Davis Clay in 2020; two brothers, Larry and Billy Clay; father and mother-in-law Earl and Elise Davis.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law David A. Clay and Beth Culberson Clay of Columbia, Tennessee.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home, 310 North Main St., Cornersville, TN 37047, with burial to follow in Beechwood Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held at the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 12:00 pm until the funeral hour.
