Robert Porter Head passed away on January 27, 2022 at age 53. The Funeral Service, conducted by Pastor David Woodard, is 2 p.m. Saturday, January 29, 2022 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Wilson County Memorial will follow the service. Pallbearers: Wesley Williamson, Ricky Lax, Taylor Vines, Jerry Armond, David Avella, and Henry Odum. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. until the 2 p.m. service on Saturday.
Robert Porter Head was born in Nashville TN to Linda Graves Head and Herbert Head. He was self-employed in construction. He was a member of Mt. Juliet Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Head enjoyed being on the lake, especially boating. He is survived by wife of 7 years, Lori Thompson Head, children Jill, Justin, Zachary, and Lucas, grandchild Preston Porter, father Buddy Head, sisters Patty Robinson, Sissy (Danny) Miller, and Kim Victory, numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and furry companion Willie.
