Robert Paul Herndon, age 58, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024, at his home in Scotts Hill. Mr. Herndon, the son of the late Alton Parker and Johnnie Sue Hayes Herndon, was born June 3, 1966, in Parsons, Tennessee. He was a self-employed tile layer.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Anita Rushing Herndon; two sons: Justin Herndon (Courtney) and Brandon Shavers (Katie); two daughters: Britany Flint (T. A. Jones) and April Hart (David); four brothers: Rex Herndon, Jerry Herndon, Larry Herndon, and Jr. Herndon; a sister, Patricia Smith; and nine grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Holland.
The family has chosen cremation.
