Robert H. Locklayer – Death Notice

Robert “Meek” Locklayer, 71, died Sunday, April 1st. There will be a graveside service Friday, 1:30 at Locklayer’s family cemetery in Hillsboro with military honors, Jackson Memory Funeral Home directing. Public viewing will be Thursday from 10-6 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations will be made to the disabled veterans association..
