Robert Edwin Klawitter of Pulaski, Tennessee passed away Wednesday morning, October 16th, 2024, at NHC Pulaski surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Montello, Wisconsin on September 11th, 1938 and was 86 years old.
Robert was a veteran and served 20 years in the US Airforce and was well respected in many areas of the military. He was also an electrician for 20 years. Robert enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. He loved his family and took good care of his children and everyone around him. He was an exceptionally intelligent man and talented and he will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th, 2024 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Celebration of Life will follow at 5:00pm on Saturday, October 26th, 2024 in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Emil and Rose Emma Klawitter, and brothers, Eddie Klawitter and Danny Klawitter.

Daughters, Tracy (Paul) Shrader of Ethridge, TN
Holly (Robert) Cates of Rockmart, GA
Kristy (David) Sisterman of Chesterfield, MO
Sister, Ellen (Roger) Liedke of Fond Du Lac, WI
Grandchildren, Chris (Naomi) Cates, Amber Thrasher, Tamara (Brad) Overstreet, Dakota Shrader, and Ashlyn Sisterman.
Many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
