Robert “Edsel” Thomas, 80, of Summerville, Georgia, formerly of this area, passed away Monday, October 28, 2024.
Graveside services will be 2:30 Friday at Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Four Mile Baptist Church of Summerville, Georgia Building Program, PO Box 528, Summerville, GA 30747.
He is survived by his children Rob, Tina, and Rod and sister Mavis Maxey.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
