Robert Cecil Howard – Death Notice

Robert Cecil Howard, 82, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012. Visitation will be noon-1 p.m. Wednesday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Mr. Howard is survived by his wife, Dorothy D. Howard.
