Robert “Bobby” Preston Emory, age 67, of Tuscumbia, died Sunday, November 18, 2012. Visitation will be Tuesday 6 until 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia. His funeral service will be Wednesday at 11a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Seth Hood officiating. Burial will follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Bobby was a native of Virginia and was a attended of First Baptist Church, Colbert Heights.
He is survived by his wife Jo Ann Emory of Tuscumbia; son, Josh Emory(Erin); daughter, Jackie Emory, both of Tuscumbia; brother, William Emory of Florida; sister, Phyllis Bish and husband John, Sandra Wallace and husband Don, all of Virginia; grandson, Ian Preston Emory of Tuscumbia.
Bobby’s family expresses a very special heartfelt thank you to Drs. Heaton and Syed and to Hospice of Tennessee Valley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to First Baptist Church, Colbert Heights.
