Robert “Bobby” Alan Gray, age 79 of Estill Springs, passed away on May 30, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Jefferson City on January 15, 1945, to the late Carl Bartley Gray and Gladys Bolden. Bobby worked as a carpet mill foreman at Textile Industries. He greatly enjoyed his time on the lake fishing and tending to his garden. Bobby was a veteran of the United States Army. In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Pack Gray; grandson, Cody Hill; and brother, Hoye Gray. He is survived by his daughter, Tammy (Alan) Hill of Estill Springs; son Robert (Faye) Gray Jr. of Sherwood; daughter, Carol (Jon) Kirkus of St. Marys, Georgia; daughter, Darlene (Chris) Prince of Sherwood; brother, David Gray of Stevenson, Alabama; grandchildren, Latisha Dashno, Spencer Partin, Josh Partin, Nathan Prince, Patrick Prince, James Gray, Daniel Gray, Alan Gray, David Gray, Ryan Cope, Amanda Kirkus, Jonathon Kirkus; and great-grandchildren, Lincoln Dashno, Rayden Killion, Sadie Prince, Hayden Prince, L.J. Gray, Lillie Gray, and Waylon Cope. A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024, from 5pm-9pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 3, 2024, at 1pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Reverend Todd Barnes officiating. Interment will follow Mt. View Cemetery.
