Robert (Bob) Burlew, age 83, of Minor Hill, Tennessee passed away at his home on Saturday, January 13, 2024. He was born in Ithaca, New York on February 7, 1940 to the late Kyrle Steven and Helen Forish Burlow.
Mr. Burlew was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rogersville, Alabama. He loved God, Family, his Church Family, friends, working on his classic Mopars, and Major League Baseball-an avid New York Yankee fan.
He served in the United States Army, both Active duty and Reserves, from 1961 until 1967, and worked in the Commercial Tire Business for 35 years. He was also at one time a member of the Kiwanis and the Optimist Club.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 61 years,Tina of Minor Hill, his daughters, Stephanie Burlew of Minor Hill and Kimberly (Brian) Burks of Hillsboro, Alabama, his brother, Kenneth (Maryanne) of Enfield, New York, his sister-in-law, Ellen Burlew of Victor, New York, and several nieces and nephews, and friends all over the country.
A Memorial Service is to be announced that will be held at Rogersville First Baptist Church, 222 College St, Rogersville, AL 35652
