Robbie Jean (Rogers) Luttrell, age 92 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023, at Elk River Health and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on February 25, 1931, to the late Charles William and Naomi (Gray) Rogers. Before her retirement, she was employed at Prince Drug Store. Jean was a member of Winchester Eastern Star and had served as Worthy Matron in 1975. She was a dedicated member of Riva Lake Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Gray Rogers; sister, Billie Ruth Rogers Bass; and grandson-in-law, Eddie Mearse. Jean is survived by her loving and devoted husband of seventy-one years, Frank Luttrell; daughter, Joyce (Robert) Slatton; son, William Earl Luttrell; grandchildren, Courtney (Matt) Daniel, April (Andy) Wilson, Kimberly Mearse, and William Luttrell; step-grandchildren, Misty Slatton and Justin Slatton; and great-grandchildren, Parker Daniel, Sawyer Daniel, Chelsea Shetters, Brooklyn Shetters, Briana Mearse, and Zackery Mearse. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Monday, October 9, 2023, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
