Rita Jean Carbulon, age 86, born in Oklahoma and lived most of her life in Miami, Florida, died in Huntsville on Sunday, February 1, 2015.
Mrs. Carbulon taught children’s Bible classes including Sunday school and sang in her church choir. She also would minister to the elderly.
Mrs. Carbulon is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Christopher George Carbulon Sr.
Mrs. Carbulon is survived by her son, Christopher George Jr. and his wife Regina, her grandchildren Noah, Rachel, and Dominic, and her great grandchildren Adrian, Alec, Felicity, Connor, Gabriel, Gisela, Zane, and Jackson. She is also survived by her niece Linda Collins, Linda’s husband John, and nephews Timothy Gent, Steve Knouse, and Wayne Gent and his wife Alicia.
Funeral services will be on Monday February 9, 2015 at 6 pm at Spry Funeral Home & Crematory in Huntsville. The family will receive friends starting at 5 pm. Mrs. Carbulon’s final resting place will be with her husband at the Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell, Florida.
