Mr. Ricky Layne Towry passed away on Wednesday. He was 63. He was born and raised in Lincoln County, Tennessee and later lived in the Hazel Green community.
He was a passionate University of Tennessee sports fan and loved his children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Donald & Charlotte Bain Towry and by his son, Joshua “J.R.” Towry.
Surviving family members include his children: Traci Troupe, Holly Towry, and Shaun Towry (Michelle); his grandchildren: Madalyn Troupe, Joesiah Troupe, Jordyn Miers, Sage Towry, Austyn Towry, and Bryson Towry; His sister, Donna Towry Smith.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday at 11am at Stateline Cemetery with Pastor Eric Lones officiating.
