Ricky was a devoted and loving father, husband, and POP!! He was a hard worker, a handy-man, and a Jack-of-all-trades. He loved working in his chicken houses and screen-printing T-shirts. And his love for coaching baseball goes without question. His love and knowledge for the game of baseball was infinite. Ricky loved coaching and the opportunity to teach a life lesson while coaching was just one of his many amazing attributes as a human being. But the most amazing thing about Ricky, and the most important thing to him, was to make sure to tell your loved ones you love them and to make sure you tell them about Jesus. Ricky had a cheerful spirit. When he walked in the room, he made everyone smile and made a room brighter. “We love you, Ricky – Dad – Pop, and your smile, love, and compassion will be missed!”

Ricky was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Caleb Aycock; his parents, Harold and Betty Aycock; and his father-in-law, Harold Dawson.

Aycock, Bryan Aycock, Nicole Aycock, Amber Aycock, Ayden Aycock, Braxton Aycock, Waylon Aycock, and Hannah Grace Aycock; and a host of nieces and nephews.
