Ricky Fisher, age 66, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, May 27, 2024, at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a self-employed cattle buyer, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed working in his garden and sitting by the pool watching his sheep, goats, and cattle. He was also a past member of several livestock and agricultural associations.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Emma Elsie Harris Fisher; two brothers, J.L. Fisher and Gary Blain Fisher; and one sister, Artie McDow.

He is survived by one daughter, Callie Fisher of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Drew Fisher of AL; one sister, Judy Fisher McKennon of Columbia, TN; two grandchildren, Braxton Fisher and Jacob Fisher; several nieces and nephews. Those serving as pallbearers will be Doc Lehnert, Booger Lehnert, Ken Blue, Ryan Niedergeses, Wes Seymore, Bobby Singleton, Brian Ellis, and Brad English. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Niedergeses, Herby Magee, Cole Lehnert, Brian Bates, Ronnie Moore, Jeff Riley, Joey Riley, Jeff Officer, Buddy Head, Frank Poling, Maynard Burl, Dave Whitaker, Shannon Voegele, and all other livestock association members.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 1, 2024, with Johnnie McDow officiating. Interment will follow at New Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or the Butterfly Foundation.
