Richard “Ricky” Mabry, 54, formerly of Florence, passed away July 8, 2018. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 11th at 10 a.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence.
Ricky was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Missouri on its last mission before being decommissioned. He was a 1982 graduate of Wilson High School. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sallie Brown.
Survivors include his sons, Tommy, Richard and Christopher Mabry; grandchildren, Delilah, Winter and Joel; father, Thomas Mabry, Sr.; brother, Randy Mabry; sisters, Melinda Kenning and Becky (Doug) Patterson; fianceé, June Vandouser; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AA or to Wounded Warriors.
