Richard “Rick” Scogin, 64, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2012. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Thursday at Marion County Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Love Joy Cemetery. He will be buried with military honors.
