Richard Lynn “Rick” Alves, 69 of Arab passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021, at his residence. Richard was born March 3, 1952, in California the son of Joseph Richard Alves and Phyllis Lerhling Alves.
He is survived by his Wife: Donna Bagwell Alves; Children: Richard L. Alves, Jr (Elizabeth) and Shawn Phillip Alves and Donny Bagwell. Granddaughter: Harley; Sisters: Bridgett Hanning-Ross and Denise Tibbs; Brother: Bob Alves. Preceded in death by: Parents: Joe and Phyllis Alves; Sister: Debra Smith.
The family chose to honor his wishes by cremation with a memorial service announced at a later date.
