Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Richard Lee Garner, Jr. Mr. Garner passed from this life on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at NHC Healthcare in Tullahoma. Richard was born on July 23, 1947 in Winchester to the late Richard Garner, Sr. and Lucy Garner. He was an adventurous outdoors man who loved spending time in the mountains, loved riding horses, and motorcycles. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Michael Lee Garner II. He leaves to cherish his memories to his four children, Sherry (Dick) Wilson, Michael (Jeanette) Garner, Christopher (Lisa) Garner and Nicholas Garner; his seven loving grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; his mother, Lucy Garner; sister, Linda (Keith) Fuchs; and a host of cousins and other relatives.
