Richard Edward “Spooner” Chapman, age 73, of Ethridge, TN passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Port Huron, MI, retired mechanic, and of the Mormon Faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward and Ruth Ann Chapman Spooner; his wife, Mary Ann Whitaker Chapman; two sons, Robert E. Spooner and Richard E. Chapman, Jr.; two sisters, Connie Willhelm and Linda Swinson; and two brothers, Robert D. Spooner and Cleveland Vern Spooner.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. A private graveside will be conducted at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Giles County, TN.
