Funeral service for Richard Dale “Ricky” Nixon , 58, of Danville will be at 2 p.m., Monday, May 12, 2014 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating with interment in Cullman Memory Gardens.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Nixon passed away Thursday, May 8th at Huntsville Hospital. He was born November 21, 1955 to Charles Fred and Mary Sue Breeding Nixon.
He was preceded in death by his father; his wife, Sandra Nixon; and a sister, Wanda Walsh
Survivors include his mother, Sue Gray; three sons, Adam Pitts, Luc Nixon, Jacoby Nixon; a daughter, Raven Nixon; two step-daughters, Becky Brown, April McDonald; brother, Chuck (Nell) Nixon; two sisters, Bobbie M. Shedd, Debra (Kert) Parker; eight grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, May 12th at the funeral home from 11:00am – 2:00pm.
