andyRichard Andrew “Andy” Keith, 48, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the North MS Medical Center after a lengthy illness. A longtime resident of Lee County, he was born in Pontotoc, the son of Troy Keith and Martha Keith Dillard. He worked for many years as a commercial and residential contractor. A member of Verona Christian Church, he loved attending many local church services. Andy was a true “people person” and loved spending time visiting friends and helping anyone who needed a hand. He was loved and appreciated by so many friends who will miss him greatly. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors, but most of all, loved his family and the special times they shared together.

Services will be 2 pm Friday at the Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Andy is survived by his wife of 30 years, Kay Keith; 2 children, Shawn Keith (Ashley) and Katie Keith, all of Verona; brothers and sisters, Tim Keith (Barbara) of Palmetto Community, Shelia White (Jeff) of Pontotoc, Mona Lisa Keith of Chattanooga, TN, Dawn Hardin (Junior) of Amory and Billy Dillard (Tonya) of Shannon; his mother, Martha Dillard of Verona; his grandson, Jase Keith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, and a sister, Janice.

Visitation will be 4-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
