Richard A. Hayes, 55, of Hazel Green passed away Wednesday.
Richard loved fishing but mostly loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a wonderful husband and father who never said “no” to his family and friends, never met a stranger and was just an all-around good man.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jewell Hayes and Phyllis and Bobby Clark; son, Taylor Olson; brothers Gabby and Ben and sister, Nicole.
Survivors include his wife Karree Hayes; children, Brandy Steele, Bo Allison, and Brittany Kirkland; 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, brother, Tim Armstrong and several loved aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later time.
