Rex Milford was born March 16, 1935 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Dennis E. and Jewel Garrison Milford.
He was united in marriage to Betty Sue Youngblood on August 21, 1965.
Mr. Milford retired from Pickwick Landing State Park. He was a member of the Meeks Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee. His hobbies were playing dominos with family and friends, farming alongside his son, and was a longtime supporter of the Adamsville Cardinals football team. His voice was one of the Tennessee River Boys for over 50 years. He along with his twin brother, Ray and brother-in-law, Jerry were the original three boys.
Mr. Milford departed this life on February 23, 2017 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 11 Months, 7 Days. He is survived by his wife, Betty Milford of Stantonville, TN; a son, Marlon Rex Milford of Stantonville, TN; twin brother, Ray Milford and wife Shirley of Stantonville, TN; three sisters, Willie Ann Milford, Carolyn Murphy, and Sandra Whitten and husband Jerry all of Stantonville, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Milford was preceded in death by a step daughter, Shelia Diane Guynes; a brother, Jerry Dan Milford.
